Life is a Journey
No matter where you are from, life is supposed to be a journey. It is supposed to be a pursuit of the life you want to live. Striving to attain your dreams. It is supposed to be a pusuit of liberty. Enjoying what you enjoy and speak your mind without fear of repecussions. Lastly, life is the pusuit of happiness. Whether being happy means owning electronics, jewelry or cars. Whether happiness comes to you by helping others or spending time with family and friends, life is supposed to be about everyday and look forward to another day that you get to live.

The Meaning of Life
What is the meaning of life? People have asked this question for years and years. Is it possible to answer this question? Yes, it is. By looking in the ible, that is how.
The Bible says, "Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man" (Ecclesiastes 12:13). When it says, "Fear God," it is saying that we should respect him, and when it says, "keep his commandments," that means that we should obey Him, and that is the whole duty of man.
In another scripture it says, "thou are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created" (Revelation 4:11). This vers shows that we were created to bring God pleasure. We bring God pleasure by doing what he says in the Bible. When we obey God and worship God, we bring glory, honor and power.
The creator of life has revealed the meaning of life, and He revealed it in the Bible. We should search through the Bible to find out what God has commanded, so we can please him. When we obey God, then He will be happy, we will be happy, and we can fulfill the purpose of life.

The Meaning of Life
According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, life is "an organismic state characterized by capacity for metabolism, growth, reaction to stimuli, and reproduction," but i think it is so much more than that. Life isn't just that someone or something can use energy, grow, respond to its environment and reproduce, its about what that person or thing does with their energy, growth, responses and reproduction. Does one burn energy and win the Boston marathon only to buy a mansion for themselves with the prize cash, or do they donate it to save polar bears or fight breast cancer instead? Do they teach their children to think about themselves first and others second, or is it others first and themselves second? Life is all about how you use what you have and how that affects you and others.
Choices
I believe the meaning of life comes from teh essence of choice. In life we are compelled to make choices based on circumstances and situations that confront us, leading us, like a row of stacked dominoes, along a path guided by our decisions.
The meaning of life, thus becomes evident at the end of life when past choices for an individual can be reviewed. Based on my belief, the meaning of life is individualistic and cannot be broadened to encompass humanity as a whole. In my country, we are considered the melting pot of cultures and my ideas and beliefs are a representation of our diversity, as individuals.

Destination Unknown
Ever since the dawn of man has sat by a campfire at night and pondered the same question: What is the meaning of life? we are on a journey... the destination? UNKNOWN.
i found this to be true in my own life. When I was a child, my family was poor. I had a happy children despite our financial hardships. Later in life, I came to be better off than I was as a child. Still, I see other people at my family's income level who can scarcely bear living without more money. They believe they are truly suffering. I however, feel grateful because i know my situation could be much worse. Because of my past, I have learned to appreciate what I do have. I don't regret enduring a poor childhood at all.
This life is like our poor childhood. We must endure the hardships here in order to prepare us fully and appreciate what lies ahead for us when we leave. As we journey through our lives, we grow, learn and love. If this is only the beginning of the journey, just imagine what greatness must lie ahead!
